How applicant data is used in public information services.
The service records your name, identity or authorisation documents, contact details, address, requested information, its purpose, and the service history. These are used to verify requirements, process the request or objection, and maintain the service register.
Applicant details and attachments are accessible to authorised PPID officers and administrators. They are not included in the public document catalogue or aggregate service reports. The tracker requires a registration code and registered email; keep both private. Response download links expire after two minutes.
Records are retained for service administration and archiving. The specific retention period awaits the institution’s approved records retention schedule. Contact PPID for questions about data use, corrections, or your service record.
