Information request process

  1. Search the public information list first. Published documents can be accessed without registering.
  2. Describe the information you need and its intended use. Provide contact details and the required identity/authorisation documents.
  3. Keep the registration receipt. PPID reviews the requirements and provides a written notification within 10 working days of receipt.
  4. An extension of up to 7 working days must include a written reason. You can read updates and the response through the status tracker.

Objections and disputes

Submit an objection to the PPID supervisor within 30 working days after receiving a response or the response deadline expires. The supervisor provides a written response within 30 working days after the objection is received. If unresolved, follow the information dispute procedure at the competent Information Commission.

The online objection form requires a request registration code. For an unregistered request or unavailable periodic information, contact PPID to register your objection through another channel.

Service fees

Information request handling is free. Any copying or delivery costs are borne by the applicant and must be explained in advance. Campus education or other service tariffs are separate from PPID request handling.
